Brian C. Hanley


Brian C. Hanley joined Porter Simon in 2005, and practices primarily transactional law in the areas of business, real estate, and estate planning, though he also assists the firm’s litigation department in civil litigation and probate matters, drawing on his judicial clerkship and externship experiences.  As part of his real estate practice, Brian also represents homeowners’ associations in Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act compliance, interpreting and amending governing documents, collecting assessments, and assisting with other association issues.
