Brian C. Hanley joined Porter Simon in 2005, and practices primarily transactional law in the areas of business, corporate and real estate law. As part of his real estate practice, Brian also represents many common interest development associations (i.e., homeowners’ associations) in Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act compliance, interpreting and amending governing documents, collecting assessments, and assisting with other association issues.
