Porter Simon’s family law practice draws on more than fifty years of the firm’s presence and reputation in the Truckee-Tahoe region. The practice offers comprehensive representation across the full range of family law matters, from divorce and custody proceedings to high-asset division, business valuation, domestic violence restraining orders, mediation, and adoption. The practice serves clients throughout Northern California and accepts referrals from attorneys across the region.
The practice is led by Traci Mason, a litigator with sixteen years of Bay Area trial experience in both criminal defense and prosecution before focusing exclusively on family law.
